Experienced Drivers
Flatbed Company Driver
- Top drivers earn up to $78,000 per year*
- Home weekends!
- $1,200 weekly minimum when driving 1,800+ miles per week
- Weekly pay range: $1,400 – $1,600
- Line haul pay: 28%-29% based on experience
- Accessorials: Stop pay, detention pay, clean inspection
- 40% drop & hook
- 40% of loads do not require tarping

Student Drivers
Comprehensive Training
- Earn $1,100 for a 5-day orientation
- Pay Range: 27% – 29%
- Orientation includes Load Securement training
- Spend 3 weeks on the road with a trainer
- Expect regular pay raises as you advance in your career
Specialized Support for Military Veterans
- We offer a tailored Military Apprenticeship Program for veterans
- Learn more about available SkillBridge programs for CDL training (at select bases), OR
- Obtain a Military Skills Waiver, based on experience
- Enter our training program directly
- Collect VA benefits

Flatbed Company Driver
- Top drivers earn up to $100,000 per year
- Annual pay range: $52,000-$100,000
- Line haul pay: 27%-29% based on experience
- $1,000 weekly guarantee – must be available for dispatch
- Accessorials: Stop pay, detention pay, clean inspection
- 4 CPM performance bonus
- Home time: Weekly for 34-hr reset or Bi-Weekly for 2 days, based on location
- 40% drop & hook
- 40% of loads do not require tarping
- No flatbed experience required. Load securement training available.

Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL A license
- 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- 6 months of Flatbed experience
- Must be at least 22 years of age
