CDL-A Dedicated Driver Details

  • Reliable pay you can count on. Drivers earn $1,200-$1,500 per week, running around 2,000 miles. 
  • Home weekends, every week. Run hard during the week and be home every weekend, plus 1+ times during the week, giving you a rhythm that works for real life.
  • Consistent schedules. Work Monday – Friday with Sunday departure times for Monday morning deliveries. Some night deliveries required.
  • No flatbed experience? No problem. Start with one week of paid orientation in Birmingham, then spend a second week driving with a flatbed instructor. Earn $2,000 during your two-week onboarding while you build new skills.

Driver Requirements

  • Valid CDL A license
  • 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
  • Must be at least 22 years of age
