Flatbed Company Driver

  • Top drivers earn up to $100,000 per year
  • Annual pay range: $65,000 – $100,000
  • Line haul pay: 27%-29% based on experience
  • $1,000 weekly guarantee – must be available for dispatch
  • Accessorials: Stop pay, detention pay, clean inspection
  • Home time: Weekly for 34-hr reset or Bi-Weekly for 2 days, based on location
  • 40% drop & hook
  • 40% of loads do not require tarping
  • 6 months flatbed experience preferred. Load securement training available.

Lease Purchase / Owner Operator

  • Top drivers gross up to $300,000 per year*
  • Lease Purchase
    • Net $85,000 – $120,000 per year
    • Earn 65% of revenue + 100% FSC

    • Net $100,000 – $150,000 per year
    • Earn 70% of revenue + 100% FSC

Lease Purchase Details

  • $1,500 sign on bonus
  • $1,100 orientation pay
  • 2023-2026 Kenworths and Internationals available
  • No credit check, no money down, no balloon payment
  • 2.5 year – 6 year lease options depending on truck selection
  • Average truck payment: $700-$850 / week
  • Low insurance and fixed costs

Comprehensive Training

  • Pay Range: 27% – 29%
  • Orientation includes Load Securement training
  • Spend 3 weeks on the road with a trainer
  • Expect regular pay raises as you advance in your career

  • 4 CPM performance bonus
  • Home time: Weekly for 34-hr reset or Bi-Weekly for 2 days, based on location
  • 40% drop & hook
  • 40% of loads do not require tarping
  • No flatbed experience required. Load securement training available.

Driver Requirements

  • Valid CDL A license
  • 5 months of Flatbed experience OR
  • 11 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
  • Must be at least 22 years of age
